Mission

The company mission is to engage in coffee production and processing using modern technology initiatives with a focus on high quality coffee, in order to add maximum value for CBC and the connected growers.

Vision

CBC believes that by breaking through the traditional structures of cooperatives and coffee auction we can prove that there is room for alternative business models that offer more options for growers and ultimately add more value. In that light CBC aims to expand our current role as a unique private company in coffee processing, farmer support and value addition in the coffee sector of Tanzania. We do so through operations of Coffee Washing Stations with high standards and direct export relations as well as running a coffee roasting factory for quality branded product (Magic Bean) finding its way into local markets.
